What's Included
The service includes diagnosis and resolution of hardware faults arising from fair usage on the following range of ICT equipment:
- Servers and Network Attached Storage Devices (NAS)
- Server Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)
- PCs, Laptops, Notebooks, etc.
- Tablets – iPads, Chromebooks, etc.
- Printers
Switches and network infrastructure (wired and wireless)
Audio Visual Hardware Repair
The Audio Visual Hardware Repair service has been specifically designed to support Audio Visual Aids (AVA) equipment in your School or Business
Examples include:
- Digital Projectors
- Interactive Whiteboards
- Audio systems
- Televisions
- Musical keyboards
- Amplifiers
Repair and Prices
NYES Digital will endeavour to fix reported faults on site using genuine replacement parts. If the item needs to be sent away for specialist repair, courier collection and return of your equipment direct to and from your school is included in the service.
NYES Digital do not impose age limits on equipment covered by this service, nor do we exclude equipment purchased from other suppliers. However, there are a number of terms and conditions that you should be aware of before taking out this package. Full details can be found in the SLA contract document.
There are no additional charges for dismantling/collection or return/reassembly of equipment repaired in our workshop.
The annual cost of service is based on a fixed sum and a per pupil weighting. Current prices can be found on North Yorkshire Education Services website.
