Arbor MIS

Introducing Arbor the latest addition to our MIS portfolio

Arbor MIS gives schools the tools they need to work better today and be ready for tomorrow. Free staff from busywork, work more collaboratively, and stay connected on the cloud – so your whole team has a shared view of what’s going on, even if you’re not together. With over 1,900 primary, secondary and special schools, Arbor is the UK’s fastest growing MIS.

Arbor MIS licenses can be purchased from Schools ICT through NYES (http://nyeducationservices.co.uk).

The accredited MIS team provide support for Arbor MIS through the ‘S&I including MIS’ SLA or alternatively the ‘MIS Only’ SLA. For more information on the SLA’s please login to SLA Online (http://nyeducationservices.co.uk) or contact your relationship manager.

Dedicated MIS first line support

The Schools ICT Help Desk is the first point of contact for all enquiries, requests for support or general information. Their role is to identify the problem, find an answer and implement the solution. Any issues or queries relating to an MIS, will be passed directly to the MIS Team. There will be a member of the MIS Team working closely with the help desk team each day with the rest of the team easily contactable.

Remote Support

Where appropriate, and only with the customer’s authority, our agents can quickly take control of school systems to diagnose faults and provide guidance for users. Our ability to resolve a high proportion of reported faults using this technology means that downtime is kept to a minimum, and by saving on travelling and other costs associated with traditional on-site support, we are able to make savings in operational efficiency that enables us to keep our costs low. Savings that we pass back to our customers.

Accredited Training

The MIS team offers a wide range of training courses to cover the extensive modules available in Arbor MIS. These courses include, but are not inclusive to, the following:

  • Pre launch training – how to get started with your MIS
  • Post launch training – how to make sure you’re getting the most out of your MIS
  • Module training – need help in a particular area? We’ll create a training session for you

Our MIS team is Arbor accredited so you can be assured of the highest level of support and knowledge from your course trainer.
