The DfE has published a new version of Working together to improve school attendance guidance, which will become statutory from 19th August 2024.
There are changes to attendance codes, with new codes, revoked codes and sub-codes.
More information on attendance and absence codes can be found in Chapter 8 of the Stautory Guidance Document available below.
