Our experienced & knowledgeable helpdesk staff focus on finding solutions and will do their best to resolve problems at first contact.
Remote Monitoring
We are in the background quietly monitoring your systems 24/7. If something is not quite right we’ll get an automatic early warning and can virtually solve many problems before they turn into an issue without you even knowing. This has huge benefits by reducing the down time and also the waiting time for engineer visits.
Field Techs
If we can’t solve your issue through the Help Desk or remotely we’ll send out one of our rapid response Field Techs. They go the extra mile to diagnose and resolve problems quickly whilst having the minimal impact on the normal operation of your work.
Hardware Repair
Even the best equipment sometimes goes wrong. Our hardware service is a parts and labour inclusive repair service for hardware faults in computer and related equipment currently installed on your site. It also comes with courier collection and return if the item needs to be sent away for specialist repair.
Installations
Our skilled installation engineers can set up, integrate and install all equipment from new PCs and printers to full ICT suites including servers, networks, WiFi and more. We’ll also provided a dedicated project officer to manage the work from start to finish.
Technicians & Network Managers
We have two special in-house support options for schools
Schools Techs – your very own dedicated School Tech can provide ICT support on a regular timetabled basis, managing your school’s ICT equipment, networks, systems and backups. It’s one of our most popular and valued services.
Network Manager – benefit from an experienced Network Manager to work in-school and alongside staff to manage and maintain your school’s ICT network as a permanent member of your team.
